Judging by the majority of reviews and my personal experience. They tend to be rude, impatient, took a €800 deposit and did not return it (although my car was returned without any additional faults).

When I declined, he persisted to try to persuade me, reducing the price to €99. Excellent car hire company very good customer service, extremely happy with the booking and would highly recommend to anyone.

I have had a very bad experience with Marbesol. Before traveling from the UK I booked a car selecting the 'basic insurance' … I have been using Marbesol Car Hire for many years, they simply offer the best value and customer service for car hire in the South of Spain, I always receive an excellent car, and happy to leave a very positive review, I don't look anywhere else. 13/09/2019 The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the refund process which could be made a lot easier and m I have used Marbesol multiple times and are always satisfied with both service, prices and especially the All-Inclusive-option that makes car return an easy affair.
